As a user, you must comply with all policies made available on the website www.hms.com.ro.

Do not misuse the website. For example, do not attempt to influence or access them in any way other than through the interface and instructions provided by Hospitality Management Solutions (HMS) SRL. We may interrupt or terminate the provision of services to you if you do not comply with our Terms and Conditions or policies, or if we investigate suspected inappropriate behavior. Browsing our website does not allow the reproduction, distribution or publication in any form of the content of the materials presented on it, by any person, without obtaining our prior written consent. Failure to comply with these conditions is punishable according to the laws in force. Any attempt, of any kind, to modify the images and information presented on the website www.hms.com.ro gives its legal owners the unilateral and unequivocal right to address the legally competent courts to sanction such an act. IV. USE OF THE ONLINE ORDERING PLATFORM FOR RESTAURANT AND BAR PRODUCTS IN THE RESTAURANT PREMISES

The way to place food and beverage orders at the locations is by scanning a QR code made available at the HMS location.

The restaurant provides guests with an online platform through which they will be able to place an order for products from the restaurant menu, which they will serve on their premises.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided for account registration or order placement.
 

V. CHANGES

HMS SRL reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue the operation of the website www.hms.com.ro or any content published on this website at any time, without prior notice.

We may also modify these terms and conditions at certain intervals, without prior notice of such modifications.

VI. DISPUTES AND CONFLICT

Any conflict arising between HMS and the restaurant guests will follow the path of amicable conciliation. If this is not possible, the legal provisions in force at that time will apply, the resolution of conflicts being the competence of the Romanian courts.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the guest fully assumes these risks.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

If one or more of the clauses mentioned above are declared null or invalid, regardless of the cause, the clause declared null will not affect the validity of the other clauses, unless it is closely related to the latter.
